The Courage program is a seven week yoga & empowerment series. Throughout the 49 days you will be guided, encouraged, and mentored as you embark on your journey of energetic healing towards a more disciplined, mindful, and peaceful life. Are you ready for big positive changes?

Mindful living prioritizes awareness. Awareness of our existence and the ripple effect that we create with every single thought, action and reaction. To be fully aware and in the moment takes practice and commitment. This can be difficult in the beginning and that’s why I’m here to help!

The courage program is a compilation of everything I’ve learned through my experiences, meditations, yoga practice, studies, as well as hosting magical retreats and a variety of empowerment workshops. I am confident in the power of this guided pathway to a mindful life. Are you ready to fall deeper in love with yourself and your life?
What to Expect!
Over the course of seven weeks, we will explore 7 mindfulness topics based on the Chakra energy system. Each of which holds a key to a deeper connection with yourself.
LIVE classes are held on Sunday at Kelpytown Kove and offer you a mini 2 hr yoga retreat.
Class will start with a presentation and overview on the week’s topic. We will then enjoy an on theme vinyasa yoga practice followed by Savasana meditation, also based on the week’s topic. Don’t let the yoga intimidate you if you have never practiced. These classes are all-level, no experience needed.
You will be provided with our custom Courage journal. This is a commitment of around 10-15 minutes a day through the 49 days. No worries if writing is not your thing, this book is designed to inspire and guide you along each step of the way.
Weekly challenges will be shared and encouraged. The challenges are related to the weeks topic and completely do-able no matter your lifestyle!
You will be welcomed into the Courage face book community. This is a safe space for continued encouragement, expression, inspiration, and answers to any questions you may have along the way.
At the end of the 7 weeks you will have courage to live your best life and a deeper overall mindfulness that will aid you in keeping your cup full and your body healthy.

What is expected of me?
This is a judgement free zone, come as you are. Simply make the effort to show up once a week. Show up grumpy, sad, happy, energetic, stressed, zapped, doesn’t matter -just. tune. in.
This is your journey! The more you surrender to the process and do the work, the more you will benefit from it. The Courage journal takes around 10-15 minutes a day to complete. Classes on Sundays are two hours. A weekly challenge will be announced, this will not require much off your time, just your awareness :)
Do I need yoga or meditation experience prior to this course?
No! This course is designed for beginners, practitioners and everyone in between. Yoga is for every-body. Meditation is an instinct that we all harbor.
What are the seven topics?
Each of the seven topics are based on the chakra energy system. Through mindfulness and meditation we will journey through ourselves to emerge anew & energetically balanced.

What if I miss a class?
To get the most out of the course, it is highly recommended that you attend all 7 LIVE classes. However, we understand that things come up. Should you have a scheduling conflict, you will have the option to make up class 1:1 (max two makeup sessions per student). Should the winter bring days that it is not safe to travel the roads, the week’s session will be streamed live, or rescheduled. You will be notified in advance.
What tools or materials do I need?
On Sundays please bring water. We have yoga mats and props available for use. Feel free to bring yours if you’d like. At home you will need access to Facebook, a pen that you enjoy writing with, an open mind, and a desire to feel more at peace.
