Slow Flow/ Restorative Yoga

Restore and rejuvenate during this relaxing 60 minute class. You will be guided into postures that are heavily supported by yoga blocks, bolsters and blankets. Relax and recharge.

Gentle Movement & Meditation

Good morning! Start your day off with this invigorating and centering Gentle Movement & Meditation class. This class is inspired by the practice of Qigong. We start on our feet and work our way down to the mat for guided meditation. Gentle, yet very powerful!

Yoga Fusion HIIT

This 60-minute HIIT Yoga routine combines traditional yoga poses with short bursts of classic HIIT moves. This class will leave the body feeling warm, the mind feeling accomplished, the spirit ignited.

Meditation & Sound

During this 45 minute meditation class, you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation and bathed in sound waves from the crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs and other instruments.

The intention of this class is a weekly "time out" from the hustle and bustle of life. A time for you to breath, relax & rejuvenate.

Beginner/ Intermediate Flow

Yoga for every body! No need to be an experienced Yogi to join this class.

Vinyasa ( translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, gentle back bending and arm balancing. Once heat is created and energy is flowing through the entire body, we move into an invigorating stretching sequence. Class will always end in savasana asana, a chance to calm the mind and prepare to tackle the next activities in our day to day lives.

Still not convinced you are able to do yoga? For our most challenging poses, we offer several options so that you can practice building up to the full expression. We also teach resting poses that are available to you whenever you feel the need to dial back. Yoga is all about listening to your body and honoring what it is telling you, this is a judgement free exercise.
